1. Document aur operator ke baare mein

Yeh terms TgPay Crypto wallet ke use par laagoo hain: Telegram mein @tgpaycryptobot Mini App aur bot, tgpaycrypto.com website, Merchant API aur related services.

Service American Ambition LLC provide karti hai, jo Republic of the Marshall Islands mein registered limited liability company hai; entity number 967391. In terms mein “hum”, “operator” aur “service” ka matlab American Ambition LLC aur TgPay Crypto wallet hai.

App kholne, wallet banaane ya transaction karne par aap in terms ko accept karte hain. Agar aap inse agree nahi karte, service use na karein.

In terms ke saath privacy policy, AML aur verification policy aur merchant apps ke liye Merchant API terms bhi laagoo hain. Conflict hone par specific document apne scope mein priority rakhta hai.

2. Definitions

Wallet — TgPay Crypto ka custodial crypto wallet, jo Telegram mein bot ke Mini App se available hai.
Balance — digital assets jinhe aap wallet se manage karte hain.
Digital assets — service ki supported cryptocurrencies aur tokens.
Transaction — balance par koi bhi action: deposit, transfer, check, exchange, withdrawal, payment, subscription, payout ya accrual.
Internal transaction — service ke andar balances ke beech transaction; ise blockchain par send nahi kiya jaata.
Withdrawal — external blockchain address par digital assets send karna.

3. Service kaun use kar sakta hai

Service 18 saal ya usse zyaada umar ke individuals aur authorized representatives ke zariye kaam karne waale merchants ke liye hai. Service use karke aap confirm karte hain ki aapki umar itni hai aur aap in terms ko accept karne ki legal capacity rakhte hain.

Agar aap par applicable sanctions hain, aap aise kisi person ki taraf se kaam karte hain, ya aap aise country ya territory mein hain jahaan service use karna ya digital assets mein transactions karna prohibited hai, to aap service use nahi kar sakte. Kuch features ki availability aapke country ke legal requirements par depend kar sakti hai.

Wallet aapke Telegram account se linked hai. Ek person apne liye ek wallet use karta hai. Doosron ke accounts par wallet banaana, wallet kisi aur ko dena aur checks pass karne ke liye doosre person ka data use karna allowed nahi hai.

4. Account aur security

Wallet ka access aapke Telegram account se hota hai aur PIN ya device biometrics se confirm hota hai. Apne Telegram account, device, PIN aur confirmation codes ki security ki zimmedaari aapki hai.

Apna PIN, one-time codes ya API tokens kisi ke saath share na karein. Support team kabhi yeh nahi maangti. Aapke account se confirmed transactions aapke kiye hue maane jaate hain.

Agar aapko lage ki kisi aur ko aapke account ya device ka access mil gaya hai, unknown devices ke Telegram sessions turant end karein aur support se contact karein. Funds ko protect karne ke liye hum outgoing transactions temporarily restrict kar sakte hain.

5. Service kya karti hai

Wallet custodial hai: blockchain addresses ki keys operator ke paas rehti hain aur aap app se balance manage karte hain. Hum aapke balance ka record rakhte hain aur aapke instructions par transactions execute karte hain.

Service mein external addresses se deposits, Telegram username par doosre users ko transfers, link ya QR code se checks, supported assets ka exchange, external addresses par withdrawals, Telegram digital goods ke payments, invoices aur subscriptions, Earn feature aur business ke liye Merchant API shaamil hain. Available features, assets aur networks app mein dikhte hain aur badal sakte hain.

Balance ke digital assets bank deposit, electronic money ya insured funds nahi hain. Hum investment, brokerage ya advisory services nahi dete aur kisi asset ko buy ya sell karne ki recommendation nahi karte.

6. Fees, rates aur limits

Service aur network fees, exchange rate aur final debit amount transaction confirmation se pehle app mein dikhte hain. Transaction confirm karke aap dikhaayi gayi conditions accept karte hain.

Digital asset rates market sources se aate hain aur transaction confirm karte waqt fix hote hain. Network fee blockchain congestion par depend karti hai aur har network mein alag ho sakti hai.

Hum transaction amounts aur counts par limits laga sakte hain aur bade amounts ke liye extra confirmations maang sakte hain. Current limits aur fees app aur help center mein hain.

7. Transactions reverse nahi hote

Confirmation ke baad blockchain withdrawal aur doosre user ko internal transfer cancel nahi kar sakte. Galat address, unsupported network, galat recipient ya galat type kiye username par send hue assets hum recover nahi kar sakte.

Confirm karne se pehle address, network, amount aur recipient check karein. Unsupported network ya galat address par deposit se assets hamesha ke liye kho sakte hain.

Incoming deposits blockchain confirmations ke hisaab se process hote hain. Checks complete hone tak funds pending dikh sakte hain.

8. Verification aur restrictions

Hum identity, transactions aur source of funds ko AML aur verification policy ke mutaabik verify karte hain. Kuch features ke access, restriction review ya transaction check ke waqt verification zaroori ho sakta hai.

Applicable law, check ke result ya abuse se protection ke liye hum transaction suspend, deposit hold ya features ka access restrict kar sakte hain. Appeal aur refund ka process usi policy mein hai.

9. Prohibited use

Service ka use in kaamon ke liye allowed nahi hai:

aapki ya counterparty ki jurisdiction mein illegal activity;
money laundering, terrorism financing aur sanctions se bachna;
fraud, phishing, extortion aur doosre users ko kisi bhi tarah dhokha dena;
hacking, theft ya doosre illegal acts se mile funds ke transactions;
linked accounts, proxy recipients ya transactions ko chhote hisson mein baantkar checks aur limits se bachna;
automated address probing, service par load daalna, hacking attempts, protection mechanisms bypass karna aur data extraction;
Merchant API terms mein prohibited goods aur services bechna.

Violation milne par hum service access restrict ya end kar sakte hain, law ke mutaabik zaroori had tak funds hold kar sakte hain aur legal basis hone par competent authorities ke saath information share kar sakte hain.

10. Earn

Earn balance ke ek hisse par rewards credit karta hai, participation ke waqt app mein diye process aur rates ke mutaabik. Rates, participation conditions aur supported assets badal sakte hain. Changes app mein publish hone se laagoo hote hain aur pehle se credited rewards par asar nahi daalte.

Earn bank deposit, guaranteed return ya investment product nahi hai. Participation optional hai aur aap kabhi bhi band kar sakte hain.

11. Merchant API aur AI agents

Merchant apps, API tokens, invoices, webhooks, payouts aur AI agent connection par Merchant API terms laagoo hain. App banaakar aap unhe accept karte hain.

Connected AI agent ko restricted permissions waala token milta hai. Aapke tokens se hue actions aur agent ki configuration ki zimmedaari aapki hai.

12. Intellectual property

App, website, documentation, TgPay Crypto trademarks aur logos operator ya uske licensors ke hain. Aapko service uske intended purpose ke liye use karne ka personal, revocable aur non-exclusive right milta hai. Hamaari permission ke bina copying, modification, decompilation aur derivative products banaana prohibited hai.

Wallet ka ek hi official bot hai: @tgpaycryptobot. Milte-julte naam waale bots, channels aur sites ka service se koi sambandh nahi hai.

13. Disclaimer aur liability ki limit

Digital assets mein price kaafi badal sakta hai aur regulatory risk rehta hai; value zero tak gir sakti hai. Inmein transaction karne ka decision sirf aapka hai.

Service “as is” provide ki jaati hai. Hum uninterrupted operation ki koshish karte hain, lekin outages, blockchain delays, third-party service errors, Telegram restrictions ya kisi network ki unavailability na hone ki guarantee nahi dete.

Applicable law jitni chhoot deta hai, us had tak hum lost profits, indirect losses, rate changes se losses, third parties ke actions, aapke account ya device ke compromise, ya galti se confirmed transactions ke liye liable nahi hain. Transaction se related claims par operator ki liability us transaction ke liye paid service fee tak limited hai, jab tak mandatory law kuch aur na kahe.

14. Suspension aur termination

Assets withdraw karne ke baad aap kabhi bhi service use karna band kar sakte hain. In terms ke breach, legal requirement, security risks ya service band hone par hum access suspend ya end kar sakte hain. Planned closure ki advance notice app mein denge.

Access end hone ke baad, AML aur verification policy ke checks poore hone par remaining assets withdraw kar sakte hain, applicable legal restrictions ke mutaabik.

15. Terms mein changes

Hum in terms ko badal sakte hain. Current version effective date ke saath website aur app mein publish hota hai. Bade changes ki notice app mein denge. Changes laagoo hone ke baad service use karte rehne ka matlab hai ki aap unhe accept karte hain.

16. Governing law aur disputes

In terms par Republic of the Marshall Islands ka law laagoo hai, jab tak aapke residence country ka mandatory law kuch aur na kahe. Disputes Republic of the Marshall Islands ke competent courts mein resolve hote hain, siwaay jahaan law aapko apne residence ke courts mein claim karne ka right deta hai.
