Stars questions
Limits, recipients without a @username, refunds and selling Stars, in short.
The minimum and maximum are shown on the amount screen. On top of that there is a per-order cap and a daily limit, both in USD terms.
Choose “Send as a check link”: you pay now, and whoever claims the link first receives the Stars. They will need a public @username at that moment. If nobody claims the link before it expires, the funds return to your wallet.
If delivery fails before the provider is paid, the reserved funds are refunded in the same asset and amount. If the provider has already been paid, the order needs review first. You can cancel a pending order while the Cancel and refund action is available.
Yes, the Stars tab has a Sell mode. The rate and payout conditions are shown before you confirm. A review may be required before funds are credited.
By default no: the delivery carries no name. Turn on “Show me as the sender” and the recipient gets a message naming you, if they use the bot.
